Obtaining a Work Permit:

In order to obtain a work permit, the student needs to obtain the form in the Guidance Office.  After the student fills out their part, the Guidance Office will fax the form to the Superintendent's Office. After this step is complete, the student and their legal guardian must then go to the Superintendent's Office with the student's original birth certificate and social security card. The address of the South Portland Superintendent's Office is:  130 Wescott Road, South Portland, ME 04106
