The Box office for DISNEY'S HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL opens Tuesday January 8th. Tickets are $8 for students and seniors, and $10 for adults.
Times: Monday -Friday 6:30 PM-8:30 PM, Saturday and Sunday 10 am-1 PM

YEARBOOK UPDATE

Time is running out for students to order their 2008 yearbook. Please be sure to use the form mailed to you from Jostens or visit their website to order your book by January 18.
Seniors should see Mr. Hunter in the Video Classroom to pick up their pictures which they brought in for the senior section.
Club Advisors: Club pictures will be scheduled later in January. Please watch for an email detailing your club's scheduled date and time.

GUIDANCE

SUNY(State University of New York) Plattsburgh will be in Guidance on Thursday morning at 10:00AM. Please see Mrs. King for a pass.

SCHOLARSHIP NEWS
The Senator George J. Mitchell Scholarship applications are now available. Please check the Scholarship Box for a copy of the application.

Attention seniors Do your parents need help filling out the Financial Aid Form? If so, remind them that the FAFSA workshop is being sponsored by the guidance department
On Thursday, January 10th at 6:00 p.m. in the SPHS library. The Financial Aid Director from SMCC will be on hand to walk them through the process.

Athletics

The Boys Basketball Teams will host the Deering Rams today in the Beal Gym - 4:00 First Team, 5:30 JV and 7:00 Varsity game times.
The Hockey Team will play versus the Massabesic Mustangs at the Portland Ice Arena at 6:00 PM this evening.

Music Notes

High School Musical pit band will rehearse Friday from 2-4 in the band room.
Pit band members see Ms Hosic today, please to schedule additional rehearsals

CLUBS/ INTRAMURALS & GROUPS

Attention all INTERACT members-There will be an important meeting today at 2pm in Ms. Major's room. Rotary members will be here to discuss some important issues dealing with RYLA.

One Acts rehearsal today at 2:00 in Ms. J's room 104.....Students who should be there are the costumers, and the actors in the opening/transitions, All Cotton, and Hard Hat.

Attention members of the BREAK DANCE CLUB, Please all meet today in room 18 at 2:00 to decide where we will practice today.

Attention all members of FRENCH CLUB, LATIN CLUB, SPANISH CLUB AND ASL CLUB - It 's Jeopardy next Wednesday after school in room 113 right after school! Join your fellow club members as they compete to see which club will rule this 2008 competition! It's a great way to spend an hour, lots of fun and plenty of knowledge trivia to go around! So put on your thinking cap and we'll see you then!
